David Donaldson Kincaide
David was born in Boness, Linlithgow (West Lothian), Scotland on February 3, 1893.  His father's name was also David Donaldson and mother was Agnes.

David immigrated to Canada with his parents where he resided at 325 Marks Street, Fort William (Thunder Bay), Ontario.  It appears that they stayed in Ft. William until about 1947.

David enlisted with the Canadian Over-Seas Expeditionary Force on April 12, 1915 during World War One.  He was wounded while on active duty in France.  His wounds lead to the loss of his left leg below the knee.

He married Catherine Linn Fairley Glen (of Bathgate, Scotland) on November 15, 1919 in Montreal Quebec. 

The Kincaide's later resided at 840 West 64th Avenue Vancouver, BC, from about 1947 to 1971.  David  subsequently resided at -----  where he died on April 12, 1977 at the age of 84.

David was predeceased by Catherine on January 17, 1971 and his daughter Violet on November 9, 1976.
