Business Relationship with Tower Software
For 6 years we had the privilege of being the Western Canada representative for TRIM Captura and TRIM Context. Through this time we had the good fortune of cultivating a few great relationships with some highly motivated and remarkable customers who allowed us the opportunity to developed a market base for these products. Our approach was valued by many customers in being low key, patient, and cooperative. We appreciate that many customers require upwards of a year, and in some cases, several years prior to making a commitment.Our unique focus in supporting the product was to offer superior customer service and solid technical support. Customers also received unrestricted technical support as they designed their environment and rolled out the product to their staff.
However, at the present we are frustrated in our efforts to pursue market opportunities for TRIM in the manner which we consider to be most appropriate. Accordingly, our business relationship with Tower Software has ended.
We would like to thank the many public and private sector organizations which purchased TRIM from us, and for their consideration of our information technology consulting services with respect to their implementation of this particular RM/EDMS solution.
Naturally, Thranite will continue to provide ongoing support to customers which have contracted for our services. We have considerable expertise with the TRIM Captura and TRIM Context products and can offer you implementation and technical assistance and user training.
